By early 2024, I had the remarkable opportunity to lead my company through a transformative phase, growing our workforce from 250 to 800 employees in under three years. This impressive expansion was achieved through a combination of organic growth and eight strategic acquisitions. One of my proudest accomplishments during this period was maintaining a 100% retention rate of incoming employees despite the rapid changes.
